Founder, The Catalyst OS
I'm Marbel De Moya, founder of The Catalyst OS.
My path here wasn't a straight line through tech — it started with hands-on work: installing equipment for clients, running production on industrial printers, learning what it means to deliver something a client is counting on, on time and done right.
That eye for craftsmanship carried into sales. As a Senior Corporate Trainer at Next Level 30, I've spent the past few years leading training programs, coaching new reps, and consistently ranking among top producers at high-traffic live events — turning foot traffic into real conversations and lasting conversions. I've engaged with hundreds of prospects face to face, which taught me something a lot of agencies miss: people don't buy a service, they buy confidence that you'll follow through.
I bring that same philosophy to The Catalyst OS. Whether it's a website, an automation system, or a social growth strategy, I treat every client relationship the way I treated every install and every sale — with attention to detail, follow-through, and genuine investment in the outcome.
I partner with Latino-owned businesses — the ones too often overlooked, regardless of industry.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a background in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and print production, I bring both a technical and creative sensibility to the digital services I build for clients today.
I built this business on a simple belief: small businesses shouldn't have to choose between quality and speed, or between a personal relationship and professional results. Every client works directly with me — not a rotating account team — because I think that's how trust gets built.
